Mental Vault – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any seals intact. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Trading card game products that have been opened, including booster packs, boxes, decks, or other sealed TCG products

  • Single cards purchased from the secondary market

  • Custom or made-to-order products, including 3D printed items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible product you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Trading card products must remain sealed

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Single cards

  • Custom or personalized items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mentalvaultgames.com.


Event Entries & Services

Event entry fees, tournament registrations, and services (including 3D printing services) are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by Mental Vault. In such cases, refunds or credits will be communicated clearly.


Final Notes

Mental Vault operates with fairness and transparency in mind. Because many tabletop products—especially trading cards—are sensitive to condition and tampering, all return policies are enforced consistently to protect both customers and the community.
